Pamela SpurdonThis project-oriented class is designed to inspire continued movement along your photographic path. We will experiment with both technical and creative practice that includes study of lighting, focusing techniques, exposure, and Photoshop techniques - all centered around expressing personal style and expanding the boundaries of your current approach to photography.

You will choose a theme to work on throughout the course, so that your final project will be a collection of images interwoven in style and subject.  Class review will help with the final selection of your images and the refinement of your work.

Students can expect to:

  • Become more familiar with their camera and its creative and technical options
  • Learn about exposure, composition, and how to engage subjects
  • Discover elements of your personal style
  • Move their work in new creative directions, especially by focusing on thematic work
  • Participate in a friendly critique session of their work

Suitable for all levels of photographer.
