Gallo-Roman Lutetia

The starting point of the visit (and also the meeting place) will be at the entrance of the Archeologic Crypt on the Parvis de Notre-Dame. In this underground museum  one can see ruins of the Roman settlement of the 1st to the 4th century AD. 

The next step will be at The Thermes de Cluny, very well preserved Roman baths  (only seen from outside). Then we will discover what not even the Parisians know about: the foundation wall of the Roman Forum which was situated on the Montagne Sainte-Geneviève. 

The last part of our trip in Time, will take us to the most impressive remnants of  the Latin era in Paris: Les Arènes de Lutèce. 

This small expedition involves a gentle stroll up the Montagne Ste-Geneviève and should take us approximately 2 hours.
